For film correctly installed on the interior glass surface, coverage includes fading, discoloration, adhesive failure, peeling and damage from manufacturing defects within the warranty period.

Installation-related after-sales service is provided by the installer or seller.

Warranty exclusions

  • Defects caused by installation by a supplier or installer not officially designated by ERUMI KOREA
  • Damage caused by customer negligence, intentional damage, natural disasters or other uncontrollable circumstances
  • Installation of film not supplied by an authorized supplier
